UPDATE 2020: The Applicants of DA2018/0513 have lodged an appeal to the Land and Environment Court of NSW.

A conciliation conference was held on 26 May 2020, where the parties failed to reach agreement. The matter will now be held before a Commissioner, with the hearing set for 28-30 September 2020.
